Delivery timelines vary depending on the game platform, server status, and network conditions. Although we strive to complete deliveries promptly, occasional delays may occur and are beyond our control.
Once the purchased items are successfully credited to your game account, the transaction is deemed fully performed and cannot be reversed, except in cases of service errors as outlined in our Refund Policy.
You bear full responsibility for providing correct account information. Any delivery failure resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided by you shall not be attributable to us.
Users are expressly prohibited from:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Technical malfunctions, server outages, connectivity issues, or software defects that are beyond our reasonable control.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, severe storms).
Acts of war, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest.
Widespread internet or telecommunications disruptions.
Governmental actions, regulatory changes, or legal restrictions that materially affect our ability to deliver services.
We encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution for any disputes or concerns. If a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Hong Kong. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action claims, to the extent permitted by law.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.
